MiniWorkshop

USING OUTCOME-ORIENTED PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT TO FUND AGILE DELIVERY

Traditional Project Portfolio Management, based on bottom-up cost estimates and detailed feature plans, is not able to deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of changing markets and demanding customers. Using design thinking approaches like persona modeling provides organizations with a different way to articulate business needs and to fund solutions that meet those needs using an Agile approach. This workshop will help attendees understand how to identify persons and the outcomes they desire, and how to use this information to fund Agile initiatives.
